Pick Everard buys Southern project manager

Pick Everard has acquired project management firm Optimum Consultancy as it looks to strengthen its presence in the south of the country.pick_everard
The move follows new office openings in Bristol and Birmingham by the Leicestershire-based consultant, which is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year.
The eight-strong project manager, including co-owners Peter Maryszczak and John Orchard, has worked on projects for the London Stock Exchange, Crown Estate and Transport for London, and takes Pick Everard’s workforce to a total of 510 employees.\

Pick Everard partner Alastair Hamilton said: “This is an exciting opportunity for us to join forces with an established specialist consultancy and to take on new staff members whose portfolios feature some very impressive projects.

“We are looking forward to further strengthening our presence in the South West and South East and taking this opportunity to add even greater specialist expertise, which we can provide to clients.”

Maryszczak added: “By working with Pick Everard our existing clients will be able to access a broader range of services through an established multi-disciplinary consultancy.”
